All orders within Australia receive complimentary express shipping.

All orders express ship via Australia Post. Full tracking is provided. Express orders will arrive the next business day for metro customers or in 2-4 business days for regional customers.

International Shipping

Orders under $99 AUD are delivered at a flat rate of $20 AUD.

Orders over $99 AUD are delivered for free.

Taxes & Duties

For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. VOHCO does not cover or include this in our shipping charges.

*Please note: If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $20 AUD return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.



Tracking is available for all domestic and international orders.

Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.

We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked at checkout point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all of your shipping information is correct before finalising your order.


Where is my package?

If you find that your package is taking longer than expected, please email us at to get a delivery estimate. Please keep in mind that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.

Lost Packages 

If an item is lost, it is the responsibility of the customer to locate the item once it has arrived in the country outside of Australia. We use DHL Global Mail and all packages are fully trackable with a tracking number we provide. If you are not available to sign for your package you are responsible for arranging another time with your local post office to pick up your item. If your package is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.

Gift cards are sent online and may be used immediately after purchase.
