Return & Exchange

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a free exchange for all Singapore orders or a store credit for returns only within 30 days.

For all Singapore orders, returns can be dropped at a Singapore Post POPStation. Please access our Return Portal HERE.

We offer free exchanges on all Singapore orders if you would like to swap for a different size or style. Please email us at for your free return shipping.

To be eligible for a free exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. with packaged box/bag, all tags, garment bag).

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Bottoms are not returnable due to hygienic reasons. 
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not returnable (including makeup or deodorant stains, so please be mindful when trying on items). 
  • All items marked "sale" are final and cannot be returned/exchanged unless confirmed faulty by our team.
  • Gift cards / store credits.
  • Boxed sets and accessories (i.e. eye mask, coverette™, travel set).
  • Embroidered items.
