It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a free exchange or a store credit for returns only within 30 days.
All returns must have a RETURN FORM attached to it or emailed to us at email@example.com.
For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We offer free exchanges on all Australian orders if you would like to swap for a different size or style. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your free return shipping label.
To be eligible for a free exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. with packaged box/bag, all tags, garment bag).
Items that cannot be returned:
- Bottoms are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not returnable (including makeup or deodorant stains, so please be mindful when trying on items).
- All items marked "sale" are final and cannot be returned/exchanged unless confirmed faulty by our team.
- Gift cards / store credits.
- Boxed sets and accessories (i.e. eye mask, coverette™, travel set).
- Embroidered items.
