    RETURN POLICY

    It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a free exchange for all Singapore orders or a store credit for returns only within 30 days.

    To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. with bag, all tags). We reserve the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received.

    You will be responsible for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure we will receive your returned item/s.

    Please note that during peak sale periods, returns will be processed up to 7 business days after arrival. We thank you for your patience during this time.

    Items that cannot be returned:

    - Bottoms are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
    - Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not returnable (including makeup or deodorant stains, so please be mindful when trying on items).
    - All items marked "sale" are final and cannot be returned/exchanged unless confirmed faulty by our team.
    - Gift cards / store credits.
    - Boxed sets and accessories (i.e. eye mask, coverette™, travel set).
    - Embroidered items.

    Singapore:

    All returns can be dropped at a Singapore Post POPStation. Please access our Return Portal HERE.

    Australia & rest of world:

    All returns must have a completed RETURN FORM attached to it. Please print or email the Return Form to us. You can find it HERE.

    Exchange Policy

    We offer free exchanges on all Singapore orders within 30 days of your purchase. Please email us at vohco@vohco.com for your free return shipping label.

    To be eligible for a free exchange, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. with bag, all tags).

    All exchanges are delivered with standard shipping by Singapore Post. 

    Please note, if you request a free exchange but change your mind after shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

    All exchange parcels can be dropped at a Singapore Post POPStation. Please contact us at vohco@vohco.com for further return instructions.

    STORE CREDIT

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will approve or reject your return. If you are approved, your return will be processed and a VOHCO store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

    Returns exchanged for store credits are final. If you have used store credits to make a purchase on the order, it will not be eligible for a return.

    GIFT CARDS

    Gift cards are non-refundable. Customers who have received and used a gift card are not eligible for refunds. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
